Terms:

• All applicable charges are payable against delivery of material. Only cash payments accepted upto Rs.1500. Outstaion cheques and post dated cheques will not be accepted.


• Material must be collected within one month from the date it was given in for repairs. The company shall not take any responsibility for material not collected within three months; these are liable to be disposed off without prior notice to customers and no claims will be entertained whatsoever.


• In cases where the cost of repairs is expected to exceed Rs.1500 on laptops & Rs.550 on other items, the company will obtain the customers approval prior to carrying out any repairs.


• No guarantee or warranty is applicable for repairs to electronic items.


• A minimum serice charge is applicable at the following rates on un-servicable/un-repairable (for any reason whatsoever) or on estimate rejected material.
  a) M/B, Monitor, LCD,LED & CUP unit @Rs.150 per unit.
  b) Printers DMP,Deskjet & Laserjet @Rs.150 per unit.
  c) MFD, Projectors @Rs.200 per unit.
  d) Laptop @Rs.300 per unit.


•  Servicing / repairs are carried out at the customer's own risk. The customer must accept the risk of change / deterioriation on the status of material on rare occasions during the repair process. Comapny shall not entertain any demands to undo repairs & hand back material in the condition it was given in for repairs. Hard disk formating is done with prior approval; the company cannot be held repsonsible for any loss of data.


• The company shall not return any faulty or repalced parts or components to the customer.


• The company shall not conduct any detailed discussion with the customer on hardware problems and its solutions.


• The company will charge taxes on all material as per the Govt.'s Taxation laws,rules & regulations prevailing at the time of billing.


• The company reserves the right to change / add to these Terms & Conditions from time to time without giving any reason or prior notice.
